Lead Consultant – Client Services, Oracle Opkey

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Functional Testing Consultant with experience in Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management functions. A functional understanding of the setup and the product's out-of-the-box functionality is essential. The candidate will be required to work autonomously to design and execute test scripts. The chosen candidates should be familiar with various types of patch updates from Oracle and recognize the significance of testing features for clients.

• This position is part of the Managed Service Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in at least 2-3 functions of Oracle Cloud Financials, including modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.

• A minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in at least 3-4 functions of Oracle Cloud HCM, covering modules like US Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, Talent, ORC, and OLC.

• A strong understanding of financial processes relevant to the functional areas.

• A solid understanding of HCM processes relevant to the functional areas.

• Familiarity with the software testing life cycle and various testing methodologies is required.

• Experience with any automated testing tool is essential, with knowledge of using Opkey test being an advantage.

• This role will support Managed Support clients within our organization, and the ability to handle tickets independently while consulting clients on their issues is a plus.

• Experience with OTBI & SQL will be considered an added advantage.

• Awareness of Redwood screens is a necessary requirement.

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and transparent environment, including an onshore-offshore model.

• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-sufficient and independent, requiring minimal supervision or intervention.

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Consistently provide clear and concise status reports.

• Holding relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
