This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud EPM Planning.
• Oversee multiple client workstreams and service priorities simultaneously, balancing incidents, service requests, enhancements, recurring activities, and planned initiatives according to established priorities and service commitments.
• Function as a functional expert, either independently or as part of a team.
• Keep clients, team members, and stakeholders informed about progress, challenges, and changes through effective communication.
• Collaborate with clients to gain insights into business objectives, operational challenges, and their Oracle EPM requirements.
• Evaluate configurations, usage patterns, recurring issues, and business processes to pinpoint opportunities for stabilization, automation, optimization, and user adoption.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud EPM monthly updates and developments in the Oracle roadmap.
• Assess client impact, provide recommendations, and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Mentor fellow consultants, contribute to reusable practices, and enhance client satisfaction and long-term account success.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Extensive experience in supporting and enhancing Oracle Planning Cloud environments post go-live.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Planning Cloud tools.
• Practical experience in supporting, troubleshooting, configuring, or enhancing Oracle Planning Cloud modules including Workforce, Capital, Projects, Profitability and Cost Management, or Strategic Modeling.
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM Data Exchange or Data Management, including troubleshooting data and metadata loads, mappings, integrations, validation failures, and recurring load processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant technologies and systems.
• Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
• Capability to work independently while managing multiple task assignments.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate concurrent client needs across incidents, requests, recurring operations, and enhancements, ensuring clear ownership, realistic commitments, accurate status, and alignment with service levels.
• Skill in translating recurring issues, service trends, Oracle Cloud updates, and industry practices into actionable recommendations.
• Strong initiative, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external customers.
• Ability to sustain a positive attitude in stressful situations.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
