Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage in SAP Implementation projects, managing data migration tasks that encompass data analysis, reporting, conversion, harmonization, and business-process evaluation utilizing SAP and various Enterprise Data Migration Tools.

• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration and Data Governance methodology.

• Showcase advanced proficiency in Syniti’s tools, adhering to established development standards.

• Possess a solid understanding of business processes relevant to the assigned functional area.

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the technical data structures and definitions associated with the designated functional process area.

• Formulate data migration and governance rules in Syniti’s tools according to provided specifications.

• Contribute to the integrated data migration design for the assigned process area through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with on-site BOA and client team members.

• Design, generate, and execute reports in line with project deliverables.

• Develop and sustain data load programs.

• Keep related documentation up to date.

• Execute comprehensive data loads and reconciliations.

• Provide support and mentorship to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in SAP Techno-Functional or Functional roles.

• Participation in 3 or more full SAP implementation lifecycles.

• Expert knowledge of business processes related to one or more of the following SAP functional modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PS.

• Over 10 years of experience in IT projects.

• Proficient in BackOffice Cransoft/DSP/SAP Data Services or other Data Migration tools.

• Extensive experience in data quality and data migration, including expertise in data warehousing, data analysis, and planning for data migration activities.

• 5 to 7 years of business-process experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related analytical or technical field, or a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft® SQL is preferred: skills in SQL queries, a comprehensive understanding of SQL table structure, and knowledge of relational databases.
