Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with strategic global clients to design and implement scalable agentic AI solutions.

• Develop and launch production-quality AI agents utilizing proprietary enterprise data.

• Act swiftly—transition concepts from discovery to live deployment within weeks.

• Serve as the essential link between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Shape product development through valuable insights gained from real-world client interactions.

• Work alongside Sales and GTM teams to refine positioning and customer value narratives.

• Achieve measurable business results and create repeatable success stories.

• Utilize OpenText’s vast client knowledge repositories to gain insights into operations and business workflows.

• Design, construct, and deliver production-grade AI agents using OpenText’s proprietary data and tools.

• Bring customer success stories back to OpenText to inform product, sales, and GTM strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one other programming language (Java, Go, or TypeScript).

• Experience with large-scale data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka) and foundational data architecture principles.

• Practical experience with LLMs, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, and vector databases (LangChain/LangGraph is essential).

• Demonstrated success in deploying production systems for enterprise organizations with measurable outcomes.

• Strong data science skills to derive insights and deeply understand client data.

• Exceptional communication abilities—capable of engaging both executives and engineers effectively.

• Ability to swiftly adapt across various domains and problem areas.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time to engage directly with clients.
