Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee 3–6 client engagements as the primary liaison, ensuring service delivery, client retention, client expansion, and project profitability

• Act as a technical subject matter expert and deliver training to team members

• Develop and manage strategic plans that address client requirements and create new business opportunities

• Take ownership of enterprise-level client projects and engage with senior client leadership

• Handle daily support requests, incident responses, and long-term planning for designated clients

• Coordinate client communications and requests to comply with contracted SLAs

• Organize and schedule personnel resources weekly for client projects

• Collaborate with technical consultants and client resources to ensure application reliability

• Administer Atlassian products and assist clients with their implementation

• Provide scheduled off-hours on-call support and address service outages

• Manage client communications, including weekly status reports and calls

• Engage in organizational process improvement initiatives

• Assist Sales with proposals, renewals, and quarterly business reviews for clients

• Produce quarterly blog posts, white papers, and other marketing content related to the Atlassian ecosystem

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a consulting or customer service role

• More than 3 years of experience as a Jira administrator

• Ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities

• Effectively manage time and expectations with internal resources and clients

• Handle multiple clients and issues concurrently

• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, for technical and business audiences

• Analyze and interpret complex problems to deliver comprehensive solutions

• Capability to administer Atlassian products and provide strategic guidance on long-term usage

• Advise clients on best practices, guidelines, and recommendations

• Perform essential functions to meet or exceed individual success metrics set annually

• Ability to thrive within the Isos culture and values

• Must be willing to undergo and successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States

• Must obtain Atlassian certification by passing two Atlassian Certified Professional exams and maintain it by achieving additional Atlassian Pro Skills badges
