Lead Construction Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to engineers.

• Serve as an assistant leader and manager of the construction project team.

• Coordinate, implement, and oversee construction activities for engineering projects.

• Conduct calculations utilizing engineering principles and skills.

• Support analysis for engineering and construction-related services.

• Aid field personnel and help guarantee projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Supervise junior staff and/or technical support personnel.

• Foster a strong team dynamic.

• Commit to extended hours during the construction season and potentially limited project-related hours during the off-season.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in municipal or CDOT construction inspection is required.

• DOT, ACI, or similar certifications in Asphalt and/or Concrete are preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and Outlook.

• Capability to learn additional software programs as needed.

• Exceptional writing and communication abilities.

• Strong time management skills.

• A dedication to quality and integrity.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
