Lead Configuration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Serves as the intermediary between the business line, operations, technical domains, and software vendors throughout the course of the project.

• Takes on the role of team leader for various projects.

• Plays a crucial part in the planning, testing, and execution of system enhancements and conversions.

• Ensures that system enhancements adhere to the necessary guidelines, fulfill or surpass user requirements, and are completed promptly.

• Identifies potential system enhancements, documents business requirements, and assesses the impact of development on existing system processes.

• Collaborates with programming resources, both in-house and third-party, to ensure that development work meets specifications.

• Executes complex system configurations.

• Engages and influences leaders and peers across different organizational levels to drive action on strategic initiatives or process modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Encompass Administration for Desktop and Web is preferred.

• Proficiency in Java and VB is preferred.

• Extensive experience in communication and presentation skills.

• Possesses a wide-ranging understanding of business systems and industry demands.

• Capable of presenting sensitive topics to senior leadership.

• Able to facilitate large groups towards the creation of common solutions.

• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.

• Demonstrates the ability to multitask and adapt flexibly.

• Skilled in managing several projects simultaneously, working under pressure, and adjusting to abrupt changes in the work environment.

• Proficient in Windows-based software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
