This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take ownership of the complete process for statutory pay reporting obligations both in the US and internationally.
• Act as HubSpot’s internal authority on the EU Pay Transparency Directive, converting regulatory requirements into compensation processes and policies.
• Lead the annual and on-demand salary survey submissions with Radford and Comptryx, ensuring data integrity and suitable job matching.
• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Compensation Systems including Pave, Compa, Comptryx, Radford, and Workday.
• Ensure system integrity, resolve issues, and collaborate with HRIS on enhancements and implementations.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, and Finance teams on country-specific statutory pay reporting obligations.
• Analyze compensation data to detect trends, gaps, and equity issues, providing recommendations to leadership.
• Assist in the design, documentation, and maintenance of compensation policies and standard operating procedures.
• Offer guidance to People Business Partners and Total Rewards stakeholders on pay transparency regulations.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for compensation data, pay equity metrics, and survey benchmarking.
• Keep track of pay reporting mandates and suggest updates for compliance processes or policies.
• Extensive knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its impact on compensation program design, reporting, and disclosure.
• Strong understanding of US and international statutory pay reporting requirements, including obligations related to pay equity and the gender pay gap.
• Practical experience with compensation systems and survey tools.
• Proficiency in Pave, Compa, Comptryx, Radford, and Workday is highly preferred.
• Advanced analytical skills with large datasets, model building, and complex compensation data analysis.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and process compliance.
• Strong project management abilities with the capability to handle multiple deadlines across concurrent reporting cycles.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear and actionable guidance.
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively resolving issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred but not mandatory.
