This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide migration services that align with 11:11 Systems’ integration strategy for customers.
• Offer feedback to leadership as needed to ensure that escalated tickets are prioritized and handled appropriately.
• Triage incoming requests related to 11:11 Systems’ migration strategy and collaborate with the team to outline technical requirements.
• Serve as the technical lead for the Cloud Integration team to address customer migration and integration issues.
• Collaborate and escalate issues while working alongside various teams within 11:11 Systems, such as Operations, Infrastructure, and Development.
• Exhibit extreme ownership of project ticket(s) within your area of responsibility.
• Adhere to 11:11 Systems’ best practices for service management.
• Provide exceptional customer service while fostering professional relationships.
• Take ownership of ticket escalations and ensure they are consistently followed up on.
• Work to mitigate migration-related incidents and problems.
• Partner with vendors for support needs.
• Ensure that all escalated customer tickets are addressed promptly and escalated to vendor support when necessary.
• Improve team efficiency by accepting ownership of new and diverse requests; seek opportunities to enhance job accomplishments.
• Collaborate supportively with colleagues, adhering to 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
• Handle, transmit, and manage all company data and information responsibly in accordance with Company data handling agreements, procedures, and policies.
• Review and comply with company policies and guidelines, including data privacy practices, annual compliance training certification, and policy acknowledgments.
• Perform all other assigned duties.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• At least 4 years of recent experience as a technical, hands-on enterprise VMware administrator.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with VMware management tools (vCenter, vCloud Director, VMware Configuration Manager).
• Practical experience managing scalable, highly available, mission-critical virtualized VMware infrastructures.
• Experience should encompass the implementation and management of multiple virtual environments.
• Strong understanding and experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware, OpenStack, AWS, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure services, such as BaaS, IaaS, and DRaaS.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a technical support representative with extensive hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, high energy, a positive attitude, and an aptitude for professional growth.
• Detail-oriented and goal-focused, with demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills.
• Capability to pursue positive outcomes for assigned tasks independently.
