This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Facilitate training and foster team collaboration.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Career Navigator operations.
• Exemplify and promote operational excellence alongside superior customer service practices.
• Operate as the Career Navigator with designated lead responsibilities, which include comprehensive case management and the authorization and coordination of supportive services.
• Conduct meetings with participants to pinpoint employment barriers and devise effective strategies.
• Manage a caseload while maintaining precise case notes and records.
• Act as an intermediary between clients and service providers.
• Ensure the accuracy of case files and electronic documentation.
• Participate in leadership and team meetings as necessary.
• Uphold the confidentiality of job seeker information.
• Associate’s degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in managing workloads and accountability.
• Established analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations regarding employment and training initiatives.
• Understanding of the characteristics associated with unemployed, dislocated, and disadvantaged groups.
• Strong writing capabilities, including report writing.
• A current valid driver's license (with a low-risk driver rating) and requisite automobile liability insurance are mandatory.
