This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead the national cross-functional integration within Sales, Key Account Directors, Access Care Managers, and Field Medical teams.
• Develop and implement a national field strategy to ensure priority accounts benefit from a unified Pfizer team approach.
• Create and manage the planning framework for the Top 25 amyloid accounts.
• Establish success criteria, identify growth barriers, and facilitate coordinated actions at both system and institutional levels.
• Design and execute the cross-functional operating rhythm, shared account view, governance forums, and quarterly business reviews.
• Discover regional, area, and local opportunities and convert them into prioritized, geography-specific strategies.
• Activate the appropriate customer-facing roles to address identified opportunities.
• Integrate teams from Commercial, Field Medical, Access, Thought Leader Engagement Leads, and Field Leadership.
• Assist in resolving conflicting priorities within cross-functional governance and relevant commercial, medical, and patient solutions boundaries.
• Promote the HCP insight agenda and convert physician and institutional insights into strategic priorities.
• Connect HQ strategy with field execution, ensuring cohesive in-account execution and providing feedback to HQ.
• Coordinate compliant, account-specific responses to ATTR-CM dynamics.
• Support the selection of faculty, engagement models, channel deployment, and decision forums for field operating rhythms.
• Proven commercial leadership experience with direct people management and a track record of achieving enterprise-level results across teams.
• Required U.S. commercial experience with Vyndamax and/or Rare Cardiac.
• Essential familiarity with the ATTR-CM landscape.
• Extensive experience in integrating and leading Sales, Key Account/IDN management, field access, and Field Medical within a specialty or rare disease context.
• Preferred exposure to field commercial, medical, or field access roles.
• Strong understanding of ATTR-CM medical literature and the amyloid/heart-failure clinical landscape preferred.
• Deep comprehension of the U.S. healthcare system, IDNs, and complex key accounts.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience is required.
• An advanced degree in a medical, scientific, or health-related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to align independent field and HQ teams behind a unified account strategy.
• Capacity to synthesize complex clinical, competitive, and customer information into prioritized account-level directives.
• Proficiency in generating HCP and institutional insights and translating them into commercial strategies.
• Expertise in navigating MLR requirements and commercial/medical boundaries.
• Commitment to adhering to Pfizer's compliance standards.
• Establish credibility with senior commercial, medical, and access leaders as well as external experts.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not currently available or will be in the future.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
