This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with sales executives based in the US to identify, prioritize, and categorize target accounts and contacts within buying centers.
• Create and manage target account and contact lists using Salesforce.
• Implement, oversee, and track outbound sales initiatives through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Comprehend prospect requirements and clearly communicate the value propositions of products and services.
• Secure qualified initial meetings and discovery calls while ensuring smooth contextual transitions.
• Assess inbound leads using BANT/MEDDICC-lite criteria.
• Address inbound inquiries within SLA and transition qualified leads to the sales team.
• Conduct research on markets, accounts, and executive-level prospects.
• Prepare account briefs, executive profiles, and preparation packs for meetings.
• Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, xIQ insights, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce-integrated applications.
• Monitor competitive actions and industry trends, flagging potential opportunities.
• Develop and refine call scripts and email sequences.
• Craft messaging tailored to specific personas and industries, aligning with brand positioning and marketing campaigns.
• A/B test subject lines, messaging strategies, and outreach cadences.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, SWAT, and other cross-functional teams to maintain reporting schedules.
• Share insights from outbound data and participate in pipeline evaluations and campaign reviews.
• Track activities, update prospect details, and generate performance reports using CRM tools.
• Analyze data from calls, emails, and campaigns.
• Maintain KPI dashboards that cover activities, response rates, meetings, qualified opportunities, and influenced pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Over 5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, sales development (SDR/BDR), or a comparable role.
• Preferred experience in analytics, digital operations, digital transformation, consulting, or B2B technology/services sales.
• Experience supporting or selling to the US enterprise market is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of US business culture and communication standards.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills at a C1/C2 proficiency level.
• Capability to compose polished, executive-ready emails and briefs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Proficient in using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot Sequences.
• Strong research, synthesis, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously within distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Willingness to work hours that overlap with US time zones.
• Skill in managing multiple stakeholders, requests, and deadlines effectively.
• Preferred prior experience in SWAT, sales enablement, pre-sales research, or ABM.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or quality-reviewing junior team members is a plus.
• Familiarity with intent data, sales intelligence platforms, and AI-assisted research/outreach tools is preferred.
• Experience with global professional services, BPO, analytics, or digital transformation organizations is advantageous.
