
Lead Business Analyst – Content Management System, Sitecore

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and sessions for gathering requirements.
• Convert business needs into precise functional and technical specifications.
• Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise CMS implementations, particularly Sitecore.
• Work together with product owners, designers, architects, and developers to outline solution strategies.
• Develop process flows, user stories, documentation, and various artifacts that aid in delivery.
• Engage in and lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demonstrations.
• Guide roadmap discussions and prioritization meetings with client stakeholders.
• Assist in change management processes and project planning tasks.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions for clients.
• Mentor and assist fellow business analysts and team members.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure successful project results.
• Proven experience in a client-facing business analysis, product, or consulting position.
• Background in supporting enterprise websites and CMS platforms like Sitecore.
• Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in translating business needs into deliverable solutions for technical teams.
• Understanding of content modeling, data modeling, or concepts related to information architecture.
• Familiarity with working in Agile environments.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across various teams, disciplines, and time zones.
