Lead Analytics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Independently execute data analytics projects, develop analytics products and applications adhering to best practices, and empower organizations through training and coaching.

• Guide consulting teams (typically consisting of 1-3 members) through intricate delivery tasks, including dashboard creation, analytics process automation, data applications, data platform modernization, and change management.

• Collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels to outline project scope, set priorities, and ensure alignment with project timelines.

• Discover new business opportunities and play a role in strategic account expansion.

• Engage in pre-sales activities, including defining project scope and crafting proposals.

• Lead and support internal initiatives aimed at enhancing delivery operations and establishing best practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in data analysis, data visualization, and/or process automation, with expertise in at least one of the following: Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku, Alteryx, SQL, or Python.

• Familiarity with cloud data warehousing technologies such as Databricks or Snowflake is a plus.

• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics and visualization.

• More than 2 years of experience in overseeing technical delivery and project management for data and analytics consulting projects.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, effectively engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
