• Act as the main analytical and systems leader for GTM productivity modeling and capacity planning, collaborating closely with RevOps, FP&A, and GTM Leadership.
• Create, develop, and sustain predictive capacity models derived from productivity trends, historical data, and strategic hiring initiatives.
• Own and refine the essential models and dashboards that monitor GTM attainment, productivity, and performance relative to quotas.
• Perform comprehensive analyses to assist in the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes, promoting optimal sales behavior and performance.
• Foster alignment on standardized metrics and methodologies for productivity and attainment reporting across Operations, Finance, and Business stakeholders.
• Execute advanced statistical analysis and conduct exploratory investigations into the factors influencing GTM performance, converting complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A on cross-functional reporting and modeling responsibilities.
• Work alongside IT and BI teams to enhance data and systems infrastructure, ensuring high data quality, accessibility, and consistency across all systems.
• Represent the team in cross-functional strategic initiatives aimed at improving GTM efficiency and growth.
• Over 6 years of progressive experience in analytics, data operations, consulting, or a related data-centric role, with a strong focus on sales and/or financial modeling.
• Outstanding ability to distill data into actionable insights and effectively communicate complex analytical results and strategic recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable predictive models, data pipelines, and analytical tools in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• A comprehensive understanding of the operations of a high-growth GTM team and the collaborative relationships with FP&A teams.
• Experience with modern data tools (e.g., BigQuery, dbt, Looker) is highly preferred, though the ability to quickly learn new technologies is the priority.
