This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and take ownership of the growth metrics framework, encompassing acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Recognize critical levers throughout the funnel and prioritize opportunities with significant impact.
• Collaborate with leadership to convert business objectives into quantifiable growth strategies.
• Establish and standardize A/B testing and experimentation protocols across the Product and Marketing teams.
• Lead the generation of hypotheses, prioritization of initiatives, and measurement of impacts.
• Maintain comprehensive visibility of the funnel from marketing through onboarding, engagement, and conversion.
• Detect drop-offs, inefficiencies, and concealed constraints within the user experience.
• Oversee and mentor Product and Marketing Analysts.
• Set analytical benchmarks, assess outputs, and guarantee high-quality insights.
• Serve as a strategic ally to Product, Marketing, Credit, and Business divisions.
• Ensure the development of robust and scalable dashboards and reporting systems for growth metrics.
• Propel enhancements in data quality, tracking, and instrumentation.
• Over 7 years of experience in analytics, particularly within growth/product/marketing analytics.
• Background in consumer technology, fintech, or high-growth startups.
• Previous experience in managing analysts and steering projects from inception to completion.
• Proven track record in scaling analytics capabilities.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Ability to transition from data to insights to actionable business strategies.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives from ideation through execution and impact assessment.
• Strong sense of ownership, operating with a business owner’s mindset rather than just as an analyst.
• Demonstrated structured thinking abilities with effective prioritization skills.
