Lead Analyst, Global Operations – ITAM SAM & CMDB Lead Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage ITSM, ITAM, SAM, CMDB, and discovery platforms.

• Set up and sustain the structure and governance of the CMDB.

• Supervise the lifecycle management of hardware and software assets.

• Create workflows and provide reports on software compliance and the health of inventory.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure asset data aligns with business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in ITSM, ITAM, SAM, CMDB administration, or a related field.

• Practical administration experience with tools such as Freshservice or Device42.

• Experience in configuring asset models, software models, and CI data models.

• Solid understanding of CMDB concepts along with ITIL-aligned service management.

• Knowledge of Software Asset Management processes and licensing principles.

• Familiarity with management and troubleshooting of discovery or inventory tools.

• Excellent documentation abilities and stakeholder management skills.
