Lead Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide precise and comprehensive data for client deliverables

• Ensure data is delivered punctually in accordance with agreed schedules

• Conduct root cause and quality control analyses on deliverables

• Create and uphold data surveillance processes for recurring deliveries

• Assist with new client onboarding by defining data delivery formats and timelines

• Establish methods for data delivery that align with client requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams to secure approval for sharing non-PHI data and choosing delivery methods

• Work alongside clients to validate, troubleshoot, and finalize test data sharing

• Develop and sustain Databricks dashboards

• Construct, test, and deploy code within Databricks and Snowflake environments

• Resolve data delivery issues and coordinate solutions with relevant teams

• Address inquiries and provide clarity on data with Forsyth teams

• Generate release notes for internal teams

• Identify and execute process optimizations

• Support quarterly product releases and formulate processes for new or structurally modified client delivery datasets

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare analytics

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred

• Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation

• Skilled in Databricks and data warehousing

• Knowledge of Snowflake is advantageous

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Capacity to convey complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment

• Competence in handling ambiguity

• Familiarity with process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation

• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload is required
