Lead Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients to create, execute, and oversee financial plans that align with their “Life Plan.”

• Manage assigned client accounts and maintain ongoing communication through email and video conferences to discuss investment goals, objectives, needs, and expectations.

• Inform and advise clients on investment philosophies, market trends, portfolio performance, and various financial topics.

• Demonstrate knowledge of global financial markets, current events, and relevant issues, linking them to client investment strategies and Brighton Jones’ investment philosophy.

• Organize and enter client information into Salesforce CRM and RightCapital, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and up-to-date records.

• Generate referrals from current clients as well as independently.

• Propel the sales process with potential clients to foster continued growth.

• Refer clients with complex financial situations to the Personal CFO team.

• Uphold Brighton Jones’ mission by applying objectivity, creativity, and enthusiasm to assist clients, colleagues, and community members in “living richer lives.”

• Provide colleagues with timely, honest, and constructive feedback regarding performance.

• Support various ad-hoc projects for client and team assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in direct client advising.

• A bachelor's degree and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation are mandatory.

• High proficiency in technical aspects of estate planning, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow/capital needs planning analysis.

• Knowledge and experience with executive compensation packages, including RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, ESOPs, and ESPP plans.

• Experience in assisting clients with identifying and executing planning strategies.

• Familiarity with RightCapital and Salesforce CRM or similar software platforms.

• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to effectively manage significant workloads and time-sensitive projects.

• Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Windows.

• A steadfast commitment to integrity in all personal and professional endeavors.

• Highly driven to learn and develop, able to excel independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.

• This is a full-time, exempt position.

• The role is fully remote, although in-office attendance is highly encouraged.
