• Act as a primary support contact for designated clients under the supervision of senior account executives to gather and verify necessary client information and documentation for processing insurance requests (applications, claims, policy changes, renewals).
• Assess submitted forms for accuracy and completeness; reach out to clients, agents, or brokers for any missing information as required.
• Assist with client onboarding, account setup, and daily service requirements.
• Oversee client accounts to ensure accuracy, timely service delivery, and adherence to commitments.
• Aid in the creation of presentations, proposals, and reporting materials for clients.
• Collect client feedback and escalate issues to senior team members as appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, marketing, product) to ensure effective execution of client deliverables.
• Acquire and implement account management best practices, including recognizing opportunities to enhance account retention and growth in collaboration with senior account leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in supporting account objectives and contributing to revenue and retention goals.
• Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and relationship building.
