This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Generate new business opportunities within Corporate accounts, consistently surpassing revenue goals.
• Develop and implement a strategic territory plan, effectively building and managing a quality pipeline with precise forecasting.
• Oversee intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes utilizing a consultative, value-driven methodology.
• Collaborate with senior decision-makers to identify strategic priorities and align HubSpot solutions with business results.
• Provide customized virtual and in-person product demonstrations that effectively communicate ROI and long-term benefits.
• Navigate procurement, legal, and security protocols to successfully finalize enterprise-level contracts.
• Work collaboratively across departments including Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
• Keep informed about market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry challenges to enhance your sales strategy.
• 6+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales, preferably within Corporate or Enterprise sectors.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-threaded sales processes involving senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proficiency in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business within designated territories.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage confidently with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
• Highly strategic, commercially focused, and disciplined in managing forecasting and pipeline activities.
• A proactive individual with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and improve continuously.
