This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Delivers vital operational support for direct connect processors integrated into the network.
• Oversees the relationships with designated clients.
• Assists in leading operational initiatives aimed at launching new products, updates, and solutions.
• Addresses escalated customer concerns effectively.
• Manages operational connections with complex and large-scale partners.
• Proactively oversees risk management.
• Elevates customer-impacting matters to management as part of daily responsibilities.
• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the payments industry within financial services.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering (preferred).
• Over 8 years of experience in the payments industry within financial services (preferred).
• Proven ability to influence key stakeholders, executive-level clients, or internal business partners (preferred).
