This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Implement territory strategies to secure enterprise business, enhance Freshworks’ presence in the MY market, and surpass sales objectives.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closing—ensuring predictable results and robust performance across key accounts.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior executives, pinpoint complex business challenges, and position Freshworks as a strategic ally that delivers ROI and fosters growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Product) to provide exceptional customer experiences and contribute to a culture of ongoing improvement.
• Establish and maintain a solid, data-driven pipeline with precise forecasting.
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations, representing Freshworks in customer interactions and industry events throughout Singapore.
• Play a crucial role in establishing Freshworks’ local presence—shaping go-to-market strategies, nurturing vital partnerships, and laying the groundwork for our long-term success in the MY region.
• Over 7 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise segments, with a proven track record of surpassing revenue targets.
• Proficient in managing intricate sales cycles and engaging diverse stakeholders, including enterprise IT and business decision-makers.
• Strong capabilities in prospecting and pipeline management, supported by structured forecasting and disciplined execution.
• Expertise in solution selling of software platforms (e.g., ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX/CRM/Customer engagement solutions) that enhance operational efficiency and drive business impact.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to forge cross-functional partnerships and achieve results in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is essential for effective collaboration with regional and global teams.
