L&D Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of learning and development projects from inception to completion.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning requirements and develop suitable solutions.

• Create, pilot, evaluate, and continually enhance engaging learning experiences.

• Oversee and provide support for the Thrive learning management system.

• Manage learning content and assist LMS users as needed.

• Track learning data and provide reports on performance as well as opportunities for improvement.

• Leverage AI to design, develop, and deliver learning efficiently while upholding quality standards.

• Lead learning sessions, including the Laminar Way series.

• Contribute to a diverse array of L&D initiatives throughout the organization.

• Report directly to the L&D Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in L&D, training design, facilitation, coaching, people development, or consultancy.

• Knowledge of effective learning strategies, from identifying needs to designing relevant learning experiences.

• A keen interest in learning technology.

• Enthusiasm for utilizing AI to effectively design and deliver learning.

• Ability to critically assess when AI adds value to the learning process.

• Strong skills in building relationships and asking insightful questions.

• Excellent communication, active listening, and ability to adapt messages to the audience.

• Capability to take initiative and navigate through uncertainty.

• Competence in making decisions within scope and recognizing when to escalate issues.

• Proven experience in owning projects and enhancing processes.

• A genuine passion for personal and professional growth.

• A degree in Behavioural Science, Organisational Psychology, Educational Psychology, L&D, or a related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with Thrive or Rise 360 is not a requirement.
