This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare defenses and responses in indemnity (compensation) and revision lawsuits related to banking law.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)

• Active CNPJ (legal entity) for operating under the PJ contracting model

• Prior experience in drafting pleadings/legal documents, ideally in high-volume environments
