
Latin America Sales Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Collaborate with EAP resellers to discover co-selling opportunities and support their employer-facing teams throughout Latin America and the wider Americas region.
• Identify and engage employer clients in Spanish-speaking markets, establishing a robust outbound pipeline through calls, emails, social selling, and networking.
• Qualify incoming opportunities from EAP reseller partners and conduct discovery calls or manage full-cycle follow-ups.
• Navigate the variations in regional healthcare and employer benefits landscapes across Spanish-speaking countries and territories.
• Utilize CRM systems to monitor all prospect interactions and maintain precise pipeline data.
• Provide product knowledge, training materials, sales enablement presentations, and resources to partners.
• Create and maintain sales materials for employer prospects and reseller partners, ensuring market accessibility in Spanish-speaking regions (including bilingual Spanish/English materials).
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance lead generation campaigns and messaging tailored for Spanish-speaking audiences.
• Work closely with Vira Health Leadership & Reseller Account Executives to ensure seamless lead transitions and deal progression.
• Adapt sales strategies to accommodate country-specific healthcare systems and regulatory requirements throughout the region.
• Achieve or surpass targets for qualified opportunities, pipeline development, and closed deals across the territory.
• Monitor activity metrics and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Participate in sales strategy discussions and contribute to best practices for market expansion.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential, with strong verbal and written communication skills in each language.
• Familiarity with employer benefits landscapes, group insurance, and the intricacies of healthcare systems in Spanish-speaking markets.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and experienced with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable engaging in cold calling and prospecting activities.
