LATAM UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive UX flows, screen designs, and interaction specifications for various platform surfaces and game modules.

• Generate build-ready assets and design documentation for the engineering team.

• Operate within and enhance the existing design system to maintain consistency across all surfaces.

• Collaborate closely with the Game Engineer and Front End Engineer to ensure accurate and high-performance implementation of designs.

• Modify designs for cross-device compatibility within the client's application experience.

• Utilize AI-assisted design workflows to expedite production and iteration processes.

• Engage in sprint reviews and quality assurance to confirm design integrity in the live build.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design, accompanied by a robust portfolio demonstrating production-ready digital or game experiences.

• A strong portfolio featuring shipped consumer-facing product designs (web or mobile).

• Experience in delivering production design within an agile, sprint-oriented environment.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Familiarity with AI-driven design workflows.

• Ability to work within an established design direction set by a senior designer.

• Experience in designing for games, gamification, or engagement-focused products is a bonus.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
