This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of the commercial strategy, growth delivery, and operational excellence across Amazon and Mercado Libre in Latin America.
• Manage Joint Business Plans (both annual and quarterly) for LATAM marketplaces, converting objectives into clear execution roadmaps.
• Foster business retention and profitable growth through comprehensive marketplace management.
• Lead negotiations with marketplace partners to secure enhanced terms, programs, and visibility.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• At least five (5) years of experience in Key Account Management, eCommerce, or roles related to marketplaces.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts with measurable growth results.
• Proficiency in English and advanced skills in Spanish or Portuguese.
