• Professional Planning: Ideally, you have over 3 years of project management experience, though we value skill and experience in various forms.

• Agile Methodology Familiarity: Our work is conducted within Agile (Kanban and Scrum) frameworks; familiarity with these methods will help you integrate swiftly.

• Collaborative Attitude: You possess a supportive and empathetic approach towards clients, seeing their achievements as a reflection of your own.

• Expertise in Risk Management: Your plans are adept at addressing risks, and you thrive on creating milestones, status updates, and roadmaps.

• Technological Proficiency: You have experience in planning projects related to business-to-business software and custom applications.

• Crafting User Stories: You formulate clear and concise user stories along with acceptance criteria, and you conduct thorough testing.

• Strong Communication Skills: Your exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential for this role.
