This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote and market SERVPRO franchise services within the designated territory to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
• Expand and nurture the customer base through Route Selling, identifying prospects, building relationships, making customer contacts, conducting visits, and following up.
• Utilize SERVPRO marketing materials, including Key Differentiators and the Emergency Ready Plan, to highlight service benefits and drive sales.
• Deliver precise and thorough pretesting, service scopes, and job estimates.
• Oversee and follow up on assigned jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organize daily routes, set priorities, manage job referrals, and handle reports and administrative tasks.
• Facilitate Emergency Readiness Program presentations, gather ERP data, create and present ERP programs, and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate approved continuing education, marketing, and entertainment initiatives.
• Engage in professional associations and networking opportunities.
• Mobilize resources for commercial large loss projects based on loss details.
• Conduct site walks to evaluate safety, business interruption needs, customer concerns, stabilization, and emergency service requirements.
• Develop safety, stabilization, business interruption, and emergency service plans.
• Communicate project status and next steps to customers and key stakeholders.
• Direct assigned personnel and manage all aspects of the commercial large loss project.
• Account for and document all work and time from the commencement of the project.
• Create a comprehensive project scope of services, resource timelines, organizational chart, milestones, tasks, and work orders.
• Review the project scope with the Project Coordinator/Owner prior to submission to the client.
• Conduct daily management and end-of-day meetings.
• Ensure that project operations are completed, documented, and communicated effectively.
• Address customer needs, assess project progress, and resolve site issues.
• Perform additional assigned duties.
• Education in project management or a comparable combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in property and casualty claim adjusting and/or restoration/reconstruction, particularly in commercial large loss.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Familiarity with Xactimate and Time and Materials software is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on project management.
• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
• Capability to present information to both individuals and groups.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Advanced problem-solving skills for intricate scheduling, demanding customer requests, and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English clearly and professionally.
• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Commercial Drying Specialist certification, or the ability to obtain these within two years of employment.
• Willingness to travel extensively by automobile and/or airplane.
