This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.
• Formulate and execute a robust business area strategy within the Great Lakes Territory while ensuring its ongoing effectiveness.
• Enhance ABB’s market share and achieve growth objectives.
• Define, strategize, lead, and oversee the implementation of sales initiatives to meet sales goals.
• Provide customers with information regarding delivery schedules, payment processes, and general terms and conditions.
• Facilitate effective marketing efforts and convey the value proposition to clients.
• Identify and pursue the development of new market opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Oversee administrative tasks related to sales processes and assist with cash collection and project management as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related technical field with at least 7 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related technical field with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in selling to electrical contractors is essential.
• Familiarity and experience with a comprehensive range of products and services, including power distribution one-line and installation products.
• In-depth knowledge of the electrical industry and ABB’s offerings.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
