Language Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deploy and configure xMentium's AI-driven platform to extract structured data at scale from unstructured documents across various sectors, including media and entertainment, oil and gas, manufacturing, real estate, and more.

• Collaborate with clients to establish extraction schemas, taxonomies, and business rules that transform their document repositories into organized, queryable, machine-readable data.

• Work alongside software developers, clients, and product managers to define requirements, scope, and design of new platform functionalities.

• Examine customer processes and workflows to pinpoint high-value opportunities for AI-driven automation and structured data extraction.

• Assist sales initiatives with software demonstrations and working sessions tailored to the customer's field and data.

• Oversee testing, validation, and quality assurance (including human-in-the-loop review of extraction outputs) to guarantee reliability and build customer trust.

• Offer training and support to users, promoting adoption and providing technical assistance as necessary.

• Stay updated on advancements in AI, LLMs, VLMs, OCR, and enterprise data platforms to continuously enhance our offerings.

• Collect user feedback and suggest improvements to functionality, extraction quality, and user experience.

• Aid in managing customer implementations from initial stages through ongoing operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of customer-focused service and delivery.

• Experience in enterprise contracting, operations, or domain expertise in at least one or more of our target sectors: media and entertainment, oil and gas, manufacturing, real estate, or enterprise AI transformation.

• Familiarity with AI tools and functionalities; particularly, a solid understanding of how LLMs operate, their strengths and weaknesses, and how to prompt and assess them effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail, especially when dealing with schemas, taxonomies, and structured data.

• Demonstrated project management capabilities with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and clients concurrently.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users and executives.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies as the AI and enterprise data landscape evolves.

• A team-oriented collaborator with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.

• Bachelor's degree.
