This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more states.
• Provide landscape design for upscale hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments.
• Assist in concept creation alongside the Landscape Lead, encompassing vision, spatial strategy, and experience.
• Convert concepts into feasible, climate-responsive solutions across various scales.
• Create layouts that incorporate hardscape, softscape, circulation, and outdoor functionalities.
• Develop planting plans, palettes, and specifications customized to site conditions.
• Design hardscape systems, including paving, materials, and technical build-ups.
• Prepare grading, drainage coordination, and technical documentation, featuring drawings and details.
• Design planters, soil systems, and the requirements for planting.
• Progress projects from initial concept to detailed design.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, AOR, and CGI teams.
• Assist during the construction phase with site responses and design modifications.
• Investigate materials and planting while staying updated with industry practices.
• Report to the Landscape Lead and work closely with the entire design team and client representatives.
• Act as a key contact for design problem-solving, system integration, and detailing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 5–10 years of professional experience, including international projects.
• Experience in high-end low-rise residential and hospitality projects, such as villas, hotels, and resorts.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Solid background in specifications, materials, and planting design.
• Technical proficiency in hardscape detailing and planting plans/schedules.
• Capability to design across various climates, site conditions, and project scales.
• Demonstrated experience from concept through construction phases.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design/visualization software.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Portfolio required.
