This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Create landing pages that are optimized for performance, including listicles, PDPs, and advertorials, tailored for paid media initiatives.
• Take charge of art direction and visual execution, encompassing layout, hierarchy, imagery, typography, desktop design, and mobile adaptation.
• Assemble copy, assets, brand guidelines, and direction into seamless landing page experiences.
• Organize and maintain client Figma files with a focus on clean organization and effective naming conventions.
• Prepare design files for internal reviews and facilitate handoffs.
• Oversee daily design tasks in Asana and manage your personal design queue.
• Execute design revisions requested by clients while adhering to the agreed direction.
• Review onboarding materials and brand information to ensure designs align with client standards and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with Paid Account Managers, copywriters, strategists, developers, and other creative professionals.
• Identify technical issues, asset limitations, or UX constraints and propose practical solutions.
• Engage in internal review cycles, respond to feedback, and implement necessary revisions.
• Provide input on team processes, workflows, templates, and design standards.
• Assist with landing page projects across paid clients and adapt to various brands or priorities as workload demands change.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience designing high-volume landing pages for DTC brands.
• A strong portfolio that showcases performance-driven creative work.
• Proficiency in Figma is required.
• Proficiency in Replo is required.
• A solid understanding of conversion hierarchy, best practices for landing pages, and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Meta and Google.
• Experience in contributing to A/B testing and analyzing performance data.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, file organization, and visual finesse.
• Capability to manage multiple brands, meet deadlines, and handle revisions without compromising quality.
• Availability to work standard business hours (9:00am–5:00pm) in ET, CT, MT, or PT time zones.
• Previous agency experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with email and SMS creative systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices, including ADA and WCAG, is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
