Landing Page Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advocate for brand and design excellence: Uphold a high standard of visual execution, ensuring that every detail aligns with the CloudWalk brand while prioritizing conversion and performance. Allow AI to generate code as you oversee structure, behavior, and UX quality. Collaborate with engineers to identify features that will be integrated into the product.

• Create polished landing pages: Take ownership of essential acquisition surfaces from concept to production. Utilize layout, interaction, and motion to transform intricate fintech ideas into simple, intuitive, and visually attractive designs.

• Embrace an AI-first approach: Leverage LLMs, Cursor, and Claude Code as your foundational tools. Draft intents, explore implementation options, scaffold components, and refine your work with AI integration.

• Connect design and performance: Convert CloudWalk's brand principles into reusable components, ensuring that every page is swift, accessible, and optimized for Core Web Vitals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional web design skills: Demonstrated ability to drive projects from initial concept to live, high-performing landing pages, exhibiting excellent visual taste and a keen eye for typography, composition, hierarchy, art direction, interaction details, and polished execution.

• Proficient in AI-driven workflows: Regular use of tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, along with a well-defined philosophy on employing AI to accelerate production while maintaining quality standards.

• Strong portfolio: A collection of work showcasing high visual and interaction quality in live marketing or product websites.

• Systems-oriented mindset: Experience working with design tokens or component libraries to maintain consistency and scalability across various campaigns.

• Team collaboration: Effective communication skills and a willingness to partner with product designers, engineers, and marketers.
