Landing Page & CRO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the entire landing page ecosystem.

• Design and enhance high-converting landing pages aimed at customer acquisition.

• Craft and refine direct response copy that boosts conversion rates.

• Evaluate landing page performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and product teams.

• Enhance customer retention and lifetime value through effective landing page optimization.

• Leverage AI tools, including Claude and other productivity technologies, to streamline workflows.

• Ensure landing pages align with brand positioning and campaign goals.

• Track key performance indicators and offer insights for growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must currently reside in Germany.

• Proficiency in the German language at a professional level.

• Over 5 years of experience in Landing Page Management, CRO, or Direct Response Marketing.

• Extensive experience in B2C direct response copywriting.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing conversion rates and landing page effectiveness.

• Background in working with direct-to-consumer (D2C) or eCommerce brands.

• Strong grasp of customer psychology and conversion-oriented marketing.

• Familiarity with Shopify.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• A strong sense of ownership and the capacity to work independently.

• Experience in customer retention and lifetime value optimization (preferred).

• Knowledge of advanced CRO techniques (preferred).

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude (preferred).

• Relevant certifications in marketing, CRO, or copywriting (preferred).

• Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or other direct-to-consumer brands (preferred).
