Labour Relations Manager – Region Norddeutschland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support and management of co-determination topics within projects

• Close collaboration with employee representatives to develop viable solutions

• Coordination and execution of negotiations on collective legal matters

• Advising management on labor law issues

• Assisting in making informed decisions during change processes

• Clear and structured approach to managing multiple concurrent topics

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in law or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in labor law, particularly regarding collective legal issues

• Experience in collaborating with works councils and leading negotiations

• Understanding of complex topics and ability to communicate effectively to various audiences

• Familiarity with collective agreements, especially within the metal and electrical industries

• Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to compromise and assert oneself

• Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
