This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Enhance revenue growth and cultivate enduring relationships with clients while representing a diverse range of scientific products and services.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives.
• Oversee relationships with key accounts.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction through consultative selling techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that align with customer requirements.
• Meet sales objectives through a mix of in-person visits and virtual interactions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to assist customers in achieving their scientific aspirations.
• Bachelor’s Degree along with 5 years of sales experience, ideally within laboratory, scientific, or healthcare sectors.
• Preferred Academic Background: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Technical expertise and capability to comprehend customer applications and workflows.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Train and collaborate with channel partners to identify and close sales opportunities.
• Proven track record in establishing and nurturing customer relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Results-driven with a history of achieving sales goals.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a matrix organization.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50-75% within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
