This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This role involves a labor systems expert dedicated to aiding in the design, execution, enhancement, and effective use of scheduling and staffing, agency procurement, position control, and labor reporting applications.

• Conducting skill mix and compliance assessments for hospitals to ensure the effective utilization of these resources.

• This position collaborates with hospital Chief Nursing Officers (CNOs) and operational leaders to harness workforce management technologies, such as UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), along with best practices to refine scheduling methods, staffing efficiency, labor productivity, and workforce analytics, thereby improving staffing office operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from a recognized four-year university is preferred.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience is required in the following domains:

• Hospital staffing and scheduling.

• Hospital labor management, productivity, and workforce analytics.

• Workforce management and scheduling applications, with experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) or similar enterprise scheduling and timekeeping systems.

• Customer service and stakeholder relationship management.

• System implementation and maintenance, training, and change management.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in supporting enterprise workforce management solutions within a multi-hospital healthcare setting.

• Familiarity with healthcare staffing models, productivity benchmarks, skill mix management, and regulatory compliance standards.

• Experience with system optimization, reporting, analytics, integration management, and initiatives aimed at enhancing end-user adoption.

• Proven ability to collaborate with nursing and operational leadership to boost labor efficiency, workforce utilization, and operational outcomes.

• Strong analytical, communication, and consulting capabilities, with the ability to persuade stakeholders at various organizational levels.

• Experience with UKG Pro suite applications.
