Labor Law Legal Analyst, No active OAB registration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyzing and interpreting court rulings, orders, and judicial notifications;

• Updating case progress in case management systems;

• Facilitating settlements and managing administrative negotiations;

• Overseeing the procedural calendar, including hearings, expert evaluations, and deadlines;

• Organizing evidentiary materials such as payment receipts, documents for procedural compliance, and filings in the case file.

⛳️ Requirements

• Law student or Law graduate WITHOUT active OAB registration (mandatory).

• Proficient in Excel at a Basic/Intermediate level;

• Moderate competence in the utilization of generative AI;

• Capability to swiftly learn new systems;

• Fundamental understanding of labor procedures (CLT, arts. 763 et seq.) — including deadlines, procedural phases, types of hearings, and appeals;

• Basic comprehension of expert reports (technical, medical, accounting);

• Acquainted with common procedural documents: objections, statements of agreement, legal opinions, and simple pleadings;

• Ability to differentiate between types of judicial deposits (appeal deposits, enforcement/execution deposits) and withdrawals;

• Experienced with PJe (Electronic Judicial Process), including case consultation, downloading docket entries/minutes, checking hearing and expert examination schedules, and verifying orders in the case file;
