Labor Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Complete oversight of labor litigation cases from inception to resolution;

• Preparation of legal documents and court submissions with medium to high complexity;

• Formulating litigation strategies and conducting risk assessments;

• Thorough management of deadlines and workload;

• Conducting preliminary and evidentiary hearings;

• Managing settlement quantification and enforcement proceedings;

• Direct communication with clients for case alignment and updates;

• Maintaining and updating legal case management systems;

• Technical evaluation of documents and filings;

• Offering consultative legal advice on the cases handled;

• Utilization of legal technology tools and artificial intelligence in legal practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in the State of Santa Catarina (SC);

• Experience in labor litigation, ideally within a law firm;

• Competence in PJe (Electronic Judicial Process system) and electronic case procedures;

• Experience in hearings and conducting evidentiary proceedings;

• Understanding of labor calculations (liquidation) and enforcement/execution processes;

• Strong legal writing abilities;

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office;

• Familiarity with legal systems and AI tools.
