Lab Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Take charge of business development activities within a designated North America region, ensuring alignment of sales efforts with regional objectives and market conditions.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry organizations, and major accounts within the territory.

• Drive sales and generate leads across the entire 3Shape Lab product lineup, which includes design services, scanners, software, and LMS.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Product Specialists to provide customized demonstrations, consultations, and proposals.

• Spot opportunities for cross-selling and bundling to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth.

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to position 3Shape as the preferred partner.

• Implement regional marketing strategies and promotional campaigns that boost adoption and enhance brand visibility.

• Work alongside Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to synchronize strategies and create impactful customer engagement.

• Maintain precise CRM records and provide consistent reporting on pipeline metrics and progress towards goals.

• Drive sales initiatives across the complete 3Shape Lab product range (design services, scanners, software, LMS).

• Manage sales activities for the assigned North America region.

• Forge long-lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, laboratories, and industry organizations.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for strategic alignment.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring solutions meet their specific needs.

• Qualify prospects and oversee the sales pipeline to optimize conversion rates.

• Execute campaigns, webinars, and trade shows that enhance adoption and visibility.

• Organize demonstrations, consultations, and onboarding sessions for potential and existing customers.

• Provide reporting and pipeline metrics to leadership.

• Share best practices to elevate overall business development performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management roles.

• Demonstrated success in regional sales management and driving revenue growth.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Experience in the dentistry and/or medical device sectors is advantageous.

• High personal drive and ability to work autonomously.

• Strategic mindset – capable of positioning solutions for sustained growth in the region.

• Strong interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building trust with a wide range of stakeholders, from lab managers to executives.

• Aptitude for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical mindset – skilled in interpreting data, metrics, and customer feedback to refine strategies and report effectively.

• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
