This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Deliver Level 2 operational support for Palantir environments
• Analyze and resolve incidents and production challenges
• Assist in problem management initiatives
• Examine logs and monitoring data
• Diagnose application and platform-related issues
• Facilitate integrations and connections between systems
• Operate within ITIL-aligned operational frameworks
• Escalate and coordinate issues as necessary
• Promote platform stability and operational excellence
• Experience in enterprise application support
• Strong background in Level 2 support
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Experience in incident and problem management
• Skills in operational troubleshooting
• Familiarity with integration and interface concepts
• Experience in log analysis and monitoring
• Operational knowledge of Palantir Foundry and/or Palantir Foundation
