• First-level inbound support for existing customers

• Technical customer assistance

• Tailored product advice and contract optimization

• You bring a smile to your customers' faces

• You are the primary contact for our customers, assisting them with questions regarding the provider's products and services

• You address customer concerns with confidence and empathy

• Through your exceptional service, you contribute to building strong customer loyalty and enhancing customer satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a customer advisor in technical support with sales

• Excellent German language skills (C1 level)

• Reliable internet connection via LAN

• A quiet workspace at home

• Flexibility

• Willingness to work weekends; a maximum of two times a month, with compensatory days off during the week

• Strong sales skills
