This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design, deploy, and manage XaaS platforms for a diverse clientele in our data centers and public cloud environments.
• Assist in developing modern platform architectures and transitioning existing customer systems.
• Collaborate closely with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to enhance performance, reliability, and security.
• Deploy and manage applications and services within clients' automated DevOps frameworks.
• Implement customer-specific requirements and services, including RabbitMQ, Redis Cluster, Kafka brokers, and Keycloak.
• Assess new tools and technologies related to containers, cloud, and automation to continuously enhance our platforms.
• Proven experience with highly available cloud architectures and technologies (PaaS, CaaS & SaaS) in production, alongside modern tools for cloud and container orchestration.
• In-depth knowledge of the Kubernetes ecosystem and container orchestration.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD) and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI).
• Understanding of compliance, security, and observability principles.
• A strong passion for cloud-native technologies and a preference for working in complex customer environments.
• Proficiency in German at C1 level and in English at B2 level (minimum).
