Konsultant/Konsultantka ds. HR – język niemiecki

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Ensuring the proper execution of processes related to the full employee lifecycle.

• Analyzing non-standard cases and recommending suitable solutions that comply with procedures and requirements.

• Monitoring the quality of processes carried out, identifying operational risks, and initiating corrective actions.

• Actively participating in transformational, automation, and optimization projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency of HR processes.

• Supporting team knowledge development by sharing experiences and participating in process standardization.

• Building relationships with clients and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in one or more areas of Human Capital, such as HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Global Mobility, HRIS.

• Proficiency in German and English at a level that allows for fluent communication in a business environment (minimum B2 level).

• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, or related platforms.

• Experience working with clients from the German market will be an additional advantage.

• Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and business partners.
