Klinisch Psycholoog – VIP team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Be part of the VIP team (early intervention for psychosis)

• Work in the Breda and Tilburg regions

• Conduct intake and evaluation interviews with clients, both independently and as part of a team

• As a primary therapist, establish treatment indications and discuss them within the treatment team

• Actively contribute to the development of the VIP team's treatment policy

• Stay updated on professional and societal developments, maintain professional literature, and attend conferences and symposia

• Provide psychological interventions such as CBT and EMDR

• Assist in training fellow psychologists

• Coach and guide other primary therapists

• Offer complex, specialized treatments

• Supervise colleagues on complex casework

• Work according to the FACT method within a team specialized in first psychoses

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as a Clinical Psychologist

• Valid BIG registration

• Preferably a CBT registration and EMDR training

• Extensive knowledge and experience in diagnostics and treatment

• Strong social skills; able to listen, motivate, and manage resistance

• Integrity, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor

• Experience with psychosis and the FACT method, or willingness to further develop in this area

• Driver's license B

• VOG and reference check are part of the selection process

• Willingness to negotiate the number of working hours per week
