Klinisch Psycholoog – VIP team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Be a part of the VIP team (early intervention in psychosis).

• Work in the Breda and Tilburg regions.

• Conduct intake and evaluation interviews, both independently and collaboratively.

• Establish and discuss treatment indications within the treatment team.

• Actively contribute to the development of treatment policies.

• Keep up with professional and societal developments, maintain relevant literature, and attend conferences and symposiums.

• Provide psychological interventions such as CBT and EMDR.

• Contribute to the training of fellow psychologists.

• Coach and guide other lead practitioners.

• Offer complex, specialized treatments.

• Supervise colleagues on complex cases.

• Work according to the FACT method within a team specializing in treatment and support for first episodes of psychosis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed education as a Clinical Psychologist and a valid BIG registration.

• Preferably a CBT registration and EMDR training.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in diagnostics and treatment.

• Strong social skills; ability to listen, motivate, and handle resistance.

• Integrity, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor.

• Experience with psychosis and the FACT methodology, or a willingness to further develop in this area.

• A valid driver's license (B).

• Availability/work hours to be discussed.

• A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and reference checks are part of the selection process.
