Klantenservice medewerker, Odido Particulier Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for Odido's private customers

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding internet, television, and mobile services

• Provide support for technical issues and installations

• Offer advice on equipment, settings, and smart solutions

• Listen to customers, engage in problem-solving, and think critically

• Discuss additional options, such as expanding subscriptions or bundling services

⛳️ Requirements

• You are fluent in Dutch

• You are sociable and solution-oriented

• You enjoy researching and finding answers

• You are available at least 2 evenings per week

• You can work 1 Saturday per month

• You are available full-time for 4 weeks for the paid training

• You have at least mbo 4 level of work and thinking capacity

• A VOG is required for this position
