Klantenservice Medewerker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assisting Dutch customers over the phone with inquiries about products and services

• Actively listening, brainstorming, and providing suitable solutions

• Offering new products and more affordable packages

• Preventing cancellations

• Serving as the commercial point of contact within customer service

⛳️ Requirements

• Resident in Spain

• Fluent in Dutch

• Available at least 2 evenings per week

• Stable internet connection via Ethernet cable

• Familiarity with telephony, internet, and TV

• Basic knowledge of MS Office
